Attila is responsible for administration of the gym, and leads our strength and conditioning program. He is a Kinesiology and Sports Development graduate.

Our strength and conditioning classes are meant to get you into the fight shape you need for competition or just to maintain a healthy body.

No, if you like you can pay per session, however there is a discount for purchasing sessions through a monthly or volume pass.
You can join any class you like as long as you are enrolled in it. If you are a monthly member you can also come and make use of the training facilities whenever you like.
Generally each class lasts for one hour.
Yes, there are separated showers and changing facilities for men and women.
Our classes are open to participants of both genders.
Yes, we frequently hold seminars featuring top talent from around the world in MMA, Kickboxing, Wrestling and Boxing.
For adult classes, participants should be at least 15 years old.
Participants should provide their own gear and equipment, especially a jock and mouth guard. There is also some equipment for sale in the gym.
Our athletes compete in tournaments every month throughout Europe.
